50% of proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the Stop Archbald Data Centers Legal Fund, which is used to pay a law firm to represent the citizen of Archbald and Jermyn, in their fight against the proposed 51 data center buildings and a gas power plant in Archbald.
Proceeds will be used solely for legal and related advocacy costs. Any unused balance will support continued community efforts for transparency and responsible planning.
